Terms & Conditions Deadline: March 25, 2005 (Early hotel reservation ends on March 25, 2005 and late reservation ends on May 20, 2005). Reservations and registration The Congress Secretariat will process reservations based on choice and availability. All reservation requests must be made through the Congress Secretariat. Rooms will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. Reservations can be made by : Mailing the accommodation booking form to the address indicated on the form. Booking accommodations on the congress website. Reservation requests by telephone will not be accepted. Any change to your reservation must be made in writing to the Secretariat and not directly to the hotel. Deposits Deposits are requested : One night for the hotel registration and 50 % for tours registrations. Cancellations Refund of the registration Fees & hotel reservation deposits : Before March 2nd : 90 %. Before May 2nd : 50 %. After May 2nd, no refund. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Congress Secretariat no later than Monday, May 2, 2005. Deposits will be forfeited for cancellations after this date. Early and late arrivals Please notify the hotel if you are planning to arrive in the early hours of the morning or late in the evening.
